Graceful dancers from the Florida Ballet return to the Jacksonville Symphony, joined by the Jacksonville Dance Theatre, for a breathtaking, harmonious fusion of dance and symphonic art.
Mix and mingle with coffee, tea and cookies while enjoying the stirring music of our Coffee Series concerts, which feature a wide variety of abbreviated performances from select classical and pops concert programs.
This program runs approximately 1 hour and has no intermission.

The Florida Ballet
The Florida Ballet was founded in 1978 by Laurie Picinich-Byrd and Michael Byrd as a presenting organization with the goal of becoming Northeast Florida’s professional ballet company. For over a decade, The Company of The Florida Ballet performed regionally and locally before disbanding in 1989 due to financial restraints.
